Why was there a petition for a remake of the show/end?

Season 8 that got released in the year 2019- brought a maniacal wave in the ocean of fans. Many of the Game of Thrones fans were unhappy with the one who got to sit on the iron throne. Fans vouched for Jon Snow. Some for the Dragon Queen, and the remaining lot for the Imp – Lord Tyrion. But fate was not on their side. Jon Snow kills the Dragon Queen because she acted just like her father- the Mad King. Jon Snow got sentenced to go to Night’s Watch. Lord Tyrion vouched for Bran. And, Bran, the last trueborn Stark, became the sole reservoir of the Iron Throne. Yet, for some fans, a revisit to the Game of Thrones series is a feel-good experience.

For the upcoming Iron Anniversary celebrations, HBO brings special appearances of Sophie Turner – Sansa Stark, Emilia Clarke – Dragon Queen, Maisie Williams – Arya Stark, Kit Harrington – Jon Snow, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau – Jamie Lannister, Peter Dinklage – Tyrion Lannister, and Lena Headey – Cersei Lannister. All of these marked and filled the essence of the Game of Thrones series. They were all like the vagabonds of the show.
